Kurt Warner or Favre?

who will have a better year? In my fantasy draft I had to choose between them and I picked Warner.

it will be jurt warner. first he ha a better ovberall team around him. yes the jets have made huge offseason acquisitions and they did get favre but they really havent developed or drafted well to say that they will substain that for the long term. favre is not goin gto play after this year or next year. the cardinals seem like a team on the rise and coach wisenhunt has these guys buying into the system. second warner has better weapons. he has edge, boldon, fitzgerald, and if the o line plays well they can get to the playoffs if warner stays healthy which he will. fafee doesnt have a running game to take the pressure off him. thomas jones is winding down and the only playmaker in the jets is laverneous coles.

Good pick.  Safer pick with Warner.  Favre though a great QB and playmaker will still be struggling with the playbook when the season starts.  Not to mention the history of QB's switching teams late in their career haven't been too favorable.  Warner will do better.

good choice favre is washed out hes been loyal to owners over the years but warner is still chuggin along favres train has stopped. There both old but warner is a better choice with weapons like boldin and fitz

should this be a question? Favre because he has a better career and is in the hall of fame no matter if he retires kurt warner went to the supper bowl twice and Favre won mvp 3 times and kurt warner won it twice farve has every record in passing and he will have a better year because they will make the playoffs in a wild card and kurt warner doesn't make better decisions than Favre and Favre can take pressure and more mobile than warner

warner will have a better year. he is named starter, and certainly wont give it up to matt lienart. arizona is a pass happy team. their o-line offers decent pass protection, but can't run block if their lives depended on it. edgerrin james looks like he's done. with boldin/fitzgerald to throw too, i can't see warner not being as successful as last year. as for favre goes, he will do pretty good, but not nearly as good as last year. i expect 25 touchdowns and 17 interceptions from favre, while i expect 29 touchdowns and 15 interceptions from warner. warner will have more yards because of his elite receivers.

Wrong pick for you. Warner has a history of injury and Favre has something to prove. I am betting Favre has at least 3800 yards passing, warner will only have about 2900 with far more interceptions.

Good pick. Warner has consistently beat Favre throughout their careers in games that mattered.

Favre has outsized percentage of losses in domed stadiums, so factor that in.  Also, he has a history of trying to force the ball in that he improved upon last year with his new coach, but this is what falls apart first for him in stressful situations.  His new offense, new team, new opponents environment is certainly going to stress him.  The nod goes to Warner.
