Kyle Busch, I went to the race yesterday and i was surprised at the fans booing a driver. i mean i know that?

some folks don't like jeff gordon or dale earnheart jr. but the crowd was about split between those cheering them and those booing him. However everyone seems to be down on Kyle Busch.

so the question is, in all seriousnes, why?

Right now the fans are very down on Kyle Busch.  He is the points leader and has won four races.  If your driver is not the one winning you are certainly not going to be excited to see the one who is introduced.  He also has not made many friends with his driving style and when he wrecked Dale Jr. I think that turned half of the world against him.  He has never been my favorite but he has now even passed Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson in my list of least liked drivers.  I can not deny he has talent but he needs to keep his head about him and get a better PR man to control his mouth.  I do not think any NASCAR fan wishes Kyle harm but I know of four in my house that are happy to see him have trouble.

Because fans have no respect for people that put their lives on the line every race for our enjoyment. And it's mostly the Junior fans after an incident at Richmond. Still, they should give the poor guy a break. He raced 3 races in 3 different states, and came back to Pocono Sunday only to get booed. Some people are just depressed with their lives and have no shame in trying to make others feel the same way.

Haven't you been paying attention?  From his careless driving style, lack of respect for his fellow drivers and wrecking Dale Jr on the final restart in Richmond, Kyle has made a lot of new enemies this year.  Also, people have a natural tendency to dislike the driver that dominates and like to see different guys in victory lane.

because he took out precious junior at Richmond, like junior was gonna win anyway!! The more they boo Kyle the more determined he is, so keep booing him, it's not bothering him in the least!!

Poor guy, he touches the Hillbilly Hero and gets lynched. That and he wins races unlike the hero and so the jealousy causes him to be booed, too.

As long as the Crowd is making noise good or bad you the driver is happy; So it does not matter.

Kyle's my favorite driver, he's never exactly been a fan favorite, he comes across alot of times as somewhat arrogant, he sticks his foot in his mouth on a regular basis, and he's aggressive on the track. All this went into supermode when he and fan favorite Dale Earnhardt Jr. tangled up at the Richmond race earlier this year, Dale getting the worst of it, while the two of them were both fighting for the win. Kyle eggs it on quite a bit, he let's the hatred that the fans have for him fuel his desire to win. But he's really not as bad as people think he is, at least in my opinion.

Gotten more hardcore after Richmond when he spun Dale.  But hes had come into the sport allready with fans minds made up about him because of his brother Kurt.  So he kind of inherited some boos from him like Jr inherited cheers from his dad.   Also hes been winning a lot, and Id say the biggest is his attitude...He enjoys being the bad guy.

Why? He has won 4 races this season. If he was running back in 35th where Michael Waltrip is, no one would pay any attention.
