Kyle Busch vastly overrated?

He finished 4 laps down in a Nationwide race. There were tons of guys ahead of him who I have never heard of. Guys who work in gas stations during the week whipped him.

Oh yeah, ten wins in three different series of racing in the last thirteen weeks, yup that sounds like being over rated to me!

Oh yeah, and let's not forget he's been the points leader for the majority of the season, wow, you know your stuff, don't ya!

I've never had a problem with anyone trashing on his personality, his chronic foot in mouth disease, or anything else I hear people complaining about him, but man, hating on his talent?? I don't know about that!

So what!!! Kyle can't have an off night and not get bashed on and this is coming from someone who isn't even a fan of his but give the guy a break he's been on fire lately and he's been running in the truck, nationwide and Sprint cup races so you don't think he's allowed to have one off night? Give it a break already!

As much as some of them (not all but some) have been bashing Jr lately I would love to jump in and help you. Kyle still has been doing good. Every once in a while everyone has a totally screwed day.

He may get talked about way too much, but he's far from overrated, he can back it up.

As for the ten wins in three different series, that's a pretty lame excuse for how good he is, in my opinion, any elite cup driver could win ten races in three different series, only your Sprint Cup successes count to me, not how many races in a series you don't belong in you can win.

EDIT: Joey, I forgot to mention that. Yeah, like I said, he can back it up, he's far from overrated.

You can be a past champion and finish 4 laps down. Luck has a lot to do with racing too.

a) busch was only three laps down, not four ("duh!!!" ;-)

b) half of those guys work in gas stations part-time - they practice the rest of the time

c) well d**n, man, two weeks in a row he gets knocked out by "teammates" who just can't stand to be the #2 driver on a team

d) he just wanted to be more like tony and have a tire go flat at a bad moment

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

e) "but he's still 3rd in the points" ... and he didn't even practice...

overrated by who..U??? He is a talented driver who is human, believe it or not..and can have a bad day, does that make you an overrated or underrated driver??

He has won a total of 10 races this season. I'm glad you have enough respect for him to think he should have more by now. So I guess he is overrated in your book, but so must 42 other drivers. He has more wins than anyone else so far, so you are calling the entire sport of NASCAR overrated. Your not a fan, or very jealous of what he has been able to do.
