Kyocera 5135 Cell Phone - erase all

Question

Before I donate my old Kyocera 5135 Cell Phone I would like to erase all personal information. I've done so for everything except the Recent Calls log which requires a 4-digit lock code. I've tried everything including the standard last four digits of the phone number but it does not let me in. Is there another backdoor?
