Kyocera Mita KM 1505 copier machine

I am an engineer. I have AMC for varios companies copier machine under contract. I have problem with KM 1505 Kyocera Mita copier machine. It gives C 610 & in other machine C 620 error code. I checked all the components of fuser and its wiring which found OK. now I want to reset the code. Kindly let me know how to reset the same. My e mail address is shaileshbshah@aol.com.
