Kyocera mita long distance faxing

Question

If you can help me then you are a genius because the BOE equipment guy can't!

our fax/copier/scanner/fax kyocera mita machine works fine except when I fax long distance. I keep getting the same error -spoken - 10 digit access code error!

It is so frustrating because all of the employees can't fax long distance!
