Kyoto: Katsura Imperial Villa, Arashiyama, & Kinkakuji in one day?

I have Katsura Imperial Villa reservation at 10AM. Now, I'm planning to fit other location afterward.

Can I do Arashiyama and North-West(Kinkakuji, Ryoanji & Ninna-ji) area later in one day?

What is the best way for transportation(Bus&Subway) from Katsura Imperial Villa to those loctions?

Is it worth to visit Katsura Imperial Villa during the first week of December?

You want a full day for Arashiyama/Sagano. Get there early, rent a bike, and explore. Cramming the other two into the same day will make for a day on buses and trains--not a day of experiencing Japan.
