  1. Don't drink too much. If any of the customer service reps. suspect you're drunk, they could deny you boarding onto the plane and make you wait for a later flight until you're sober. If you're drunk on an airplane and an emergency happens, you won't have the reaction time and focus necessary to survive. For your claustrophobia you should tell your travel agent to find the biggest possible plane for your flight.  And for your fear of heights, you should request a seat somewhere in the middle of the plane, not near the windows.

  2. It is very scary the first time, especially when you first walk on the plane, and know you can't get back off. But, relax, flying is actually really fun. It is very safe, and most of the time flights aren't bumpy (and if they are, I think its fun, not scary!) SO, to get over your fear, when your on the airplane, get a middle or aisle seat! Don't go by the window because it could scare you! Also, go to the bathroom before you board the plane, and don't drink to much, because getting up to go will probably scare you. Also, do things to get your mind off of flying, like listing to music, reading, and you can also get a prescription for medicine that will help you sleep on the plane because sleeping helps! And remember: Flying is really fun!!! Have fun and Good Luck! : )

  3. Do not sit by a window.  Sit on an isle seat, this way you can run to the bath faster to vomit.  Also avoid small commuter planes, Boeing 717, 727.

Just keep in mind that air travel is soooo much safer than by car.

  4. Are you old enough to drink? Have a couple before you board the plane to relax.

  5. Ask DR to give you something mild to calm you down , but you dont want to be comatose , or do a fear of flying course , local airports run them  and you end the day in a flight , been working on planes for 33 years , you dont have a thing to worry about
