L1 Visa question?

Hi there,

I am currently on an L1 visa in the USA and myself and fiancee are getting married at the end of the year. I am wondering the steps I need to go through so that I can get her on an L2 visa ASAP. Basically any steps to get us through this process as smoothly as possible would be brillaiant.

Friend,

- If you are on L1 visa you can easily bring your spouse to USA.

All you need to do is:

- Get the legal marriage certificate[This you can get easily once you register your marriage]. Even try to keep couple of pictures for your marriage.

- Apply for your spouses L2 visa in your home country.

- You may need to produce below documents:

- Your L1 Petition copy.

- Copy of your visa along with I-94 copy.

- Letter from the company is advisable [If they can give]

- Marriage certificate and marriage proof.

Note:

- I was L1 visa holder 3 years back and I passed through same process.
