L300 wireless problem

Question

I have a toshiba l300 and a bt black wirless router. The internet connection seems to cut in and out for example if i am on msn it will cut in and out, I thought this might be the strenth of teh signal but on my laptop it is showing i have 3 out of 5 bars of strentgh,Could you help me please/
