try www.craigslist.org for rentals in the burbank area and there will be tons of available places....you can post an ad of what you are looking for too--and it's all free. Be careful to fully investigate the property you are interested in as craig sometimes has scam artists, but all in all, a good starting place, especially if you are a distance away from LA. Good luck!
