LADIES,do i spoil her to much?

Question

my girlfriend and i have been going out for almost a yr now and we both have jobs i make more then her being a government employee. I always tell her she needs to save her money for her bills and school and i will pretty much get her everything else. All in all around 3 grand for stuff she likes like jewelry, clothes, shoes, purses, ect women things. She sends stuff to me overseas as well, not nearly as much as me but i tell her to save her money. We really love each other and will be reunited in about 2 months once im done with this tour.

Frompast experience I would say that the way a person we are in a relationship with spends money is super important.....If it is someone that you see yourself having a future with.Look down the road to when you have kids and mortgage payments etc....If you are a saver and they are a spender it can mean big trouble!

It is sweet, but further down the line she will take it for granted and come to expect it. Also what do you do when you want to buy her a really special present? You buy her everything all the time anyway. Getting presents is much more exciting if you don't get them all the time!
