LAN Party Preparation?

I really need help planning a LAN Party. If you don't know what that is, it is basically where a bunch of people with computers meet, connect to each other, and play games. I need game ideas, what to buy, what to do, preparation, and basically everything! Please help - It's on the 21st!

play warcraft III, halo, counterstrike, etc. but a switch from newegg, depending on how many pc's will be there.  if there is going to be more than 10, then buy a 24 port switch.  make sure that you have enough working ethernet cords.  you will need to make sure that your house can handle the load of multile pc's and monitors.  good luck and have fun
