MY GRANDAUGHTER HAS A LAPTOP HP G5000 ITS NOT A YEAR OLD AND HAS APPARENLY GRASHED I HAVE TRIED TO SORT IT OUT IT JUST KEEPS TELLING ME TO PRESS F10 FOR SET UP BUT THATS IT NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I PRESS A KEY A STRANGE BEEP CAN BE HEARD
