Im still waiting for Laura Ashley to replace damaged furniture 8 weeks after they said they would, do they respond to my phone calls ? no! rubbish thats what they are, be warned.

  1. I know how you feel, customer service in general is extremely poor wherever you go.  It's so frustrating! We were supposed to have our tv cabinet picked up today to be fixed but they were a no show.  I rang and they said they'd get back within 15 mins, that was about 3 hours ago!  We've also just had our front fence pillars installed and they are about 1ft taller than we wanted (they are so big they look ridiculous, even the neighbours are commenting), the service was bad before they went in (after we paid the big deposit though!), so we're going to have a huge battle on our hands to get them removed/replaced.  I hope you get a response from LA soon.
