i can't take this anymore. i have a sister in law whom i am currently living with who is completely lazy. she has a 3 month old baby and does nothing in the house! except washes his bottles and let me see ..thats about it!! wakes up late afternoon also.i always vacuum and clean the freaking house up...wash the dishes and everything else. her lame excuse is that she has a baby and she can't really do much. but everytime he takes a nap shes on the laptop! im living with my husbands family for the meantime..but i can't take it..the only reason im staying there now is because they don't want my son to leave ..bs. i have a 2 year old son also and its really hard but i can still manage to do chores around the house. everytime my husband's mother comes home from work she asks me to do stuff around the house compare to her own daughter! what should i do? stop cleaning around the house and leave it a mess? HA is it because im the inlaw in the house?

  1. Move out.  You are an adult, married and have a child...why are you sponging off your inlaws?

  2. move out.  they cant stop u

  3. Dont clean up after her. Keep your room clean and clean up after yourself. Be concerned about the baby of course and make sure his needs are met, he cant do anything for himself. Shes lazy because she knows you'll clean the house so she wont have too..

Move out if you can,  let her keep being lazy, not cleaning and have CPS make a suprise visit to her house to check on the conditions of her house and the health and safety of the baby... She wont know it was you who called CPS....

  4. Where is your husband?  Wish you had told us.  Move out.  Tell your mother-in-law you can't take your lazy sister-in-law any longer and you're not their maid.  Get a studio apartment or something, or move in with your family.  I wouldn't put up with that either.  Hide the laptop.  Get out of there.

  5. get her up at 8:30 in the morning and make her do your chores

or you could try turning into her (i.e. waking up late, complaining how you have a kid too)

  6. Your husband should be providing for you and his child to move out on your own. At any rat you should be saving up to at least get yourself and your shild out of that situation as soon as possible, either with or without the hsband.
