I'm looking for an all-in-one lcd monitor repair guide with diagrams, schematics, circuits and more, so I can both learn to fix LCD monitors myself and maybe start a career in the field. Any suggestions?

I suggest going to college and get A BSEE degree. I don't want to discourage you, but how much would you charge for a repair? how long would it take you to repair one? Your challenge would be to repair them for less than it cost for a new one, to be able locate parts and make a living at it. Getting your degree will prepare you for that and more. Think bigger, designing and building things. Then you can repair all you want.
