LCD TV Help!?

I am trying to find a flat panel lcd tv that is about 42" flat panel and is 1080p. What is the lowest priced one out there that is not sold at tigerdirect or newegg?

The only ones i found were at Best Buy, those were as low as $1,300 and it was at 37."  The only LCD TV in there was the 37" that costs $1,300.  Everything else is Plasma
