LCD TV : Slow Black Transition time..Is this normal ?

hi guys, i've got a question..

im using a Panasonic TX-32LX700MK 32" LCD TV..u know when i watch movies (dvd or blu-ray) when dark scenes changes to bright scenes (or vice-versa), i can see the transition is very slow..is this normal ?

Go into the video setup menu and set the "AI Picture" option to "off"

That should fix it.
