Last night I purchased an LG 26LC7D television at JB HIFI Melbourne. I bought it home myself, unpacked it and connected it to my Samsung DVD-VCR using only the Coaxial Cable. My LG 26LC7D went through its initializing setup and automaticaly found all programmes available through my antenna connection. I am very happy with the way the LCD TV is working. However I am unable to get either picture or sound from either part of my Samsung DVD player or Video player the antenna connection is obviously working because I am picking up all the TV programmes but I don't know how to tune in the DVD-VCR. The manual for the DVD-VCR suggests connecting to the TV using "the RCA Cable" I have not done this before and seem to have lost the cable. I am considering going to d**k Smith Electronics to see if they can supply an "RCA Cable" but I am not sure whether such a connection will help me find the picture/sound connection with my LCD TV. Can you advise me as to how I should tune the DVD-VCR to the LCD TV? Should I be able to do this myself?
