Do larger LCD televisions cause non-HD channels become blurry due to the stretching, compared to smaller sizes?

  1. Compared to smaller sizes, yes. It won't be really significant, but you can definitely tell the difference between and HD channel and a non-HD one. It also won't be THAT significant, unless the TV is ups of 50inches. If you are getting a TV under that size, then you shouldn't see a difference at all. But if it's that size or bigger then you will see a little blurring happening. Nothing big, but it can be noticed by comparison.

  2. No.  Today's HD LCD TVs make HD content look spectacular.
