No Coffee makers found in your category list so I entered this under Microwaves, but I have a Delonghi espresso machine, model EAM3400. This machine has a digital display which is now only displaying the text on 50% of the lcd window and the words are cut off. e.g "Strong Taste" , now displays "Strong T". Status like "Fill Tank", only display Fil". The unit still works perfectly if you can guess at the what the display is saying. I suspect it is electronic but have not dared opened the unit. Do you have any helpful advice on what could be wrong and the best way to repair. The unit is not under warranty (18 mths old) and sells for over $1K. I am very disappointed that it's like is so short for such an expensive machine.
