So the reason why I am asking lds people is because it is a a family history program that can only be used by lds people. I am sorry I am not being biased. Ok so I reserved some names for baptism printed out the request, but I forgot to do the confirmation. Now it says it's on hold and I can't click on it and print a request for it. I also have to do other ordinances, but since I reserved the baptism it will not let me reserve the ordinances. When I called the temple they said I have to reserve them or they can't be done. I cannot afford to take two trips to the temple since it's so far from my house. AND I AM NOT COMFORTABLE LETTING OTHERS DO THEM FOR ME BECAUSE THESE ARE SPECIAL RELATIVES OF MINE.

Please help!

  1. I would suggest contacting your bishop to find out who the stake family history coordinator is.  They are usually given training by the stake on how to deal with temple submissions and any problems that might arise during the process.

You could also call the temple you will be attending and explain the problem to them.  They should know how to fix it, as they deal with stuff like this on a daily basis.

  3. questions relating to ordinance work for relatives should be directed to your bishop or other church elder. That is ENTIRELY separate from the program used for genealogy.
