LDS seminary HELP!!!!!!?

For SEMINARY i'm supposed to put together a devotional (no longer than 5 minutes) on anything in the NEW ERA or FOR THE STRENGTH OF YOUTH. does anyone have any ideas or a devotional they already did that they would send to me ( [e-mail] ) please and thank you

Pick something that really sticks out in your head or that you want to share with others. You know, something you feel strong about or really want to share with the class. I've had to do them myself too, and if you do something you really want then it'll be great! Good luck!
