LED tail lights that look like the chevy emblem on the tail gate?

I saw a picture of a s10 that had LED tail lights but instead of being on the bumper they were arranged on the tail gate to make the Chevy emblem. How would one do this? Where can I buy the LED lights to do it?

you can draw out the pattern you want onthe tailgate... drill out the wholes about every 1/4 to 1/2 in. and the cheapest place of leds wood have to be ebay and once installed put a sheet of aluimin or something else thin that would look good from the top to bottom and srew it on the inside tailgate so you cant see the wires and protect them from rain and the enviroment...thats how id do it anyway...

you can get flexible LED strips at almost any auto parts store.  easiest way to do that without damaging you truck is to simply stick them on in the pattern you want and run a discrete wire possibly through the tail gate handle in wire it to a fuse link
