LED underbody kit help?

First of all, if your a hater of led kits then please don't answer. Ok so i'm getting a car soon more than likely a ford mustang gt 2001-3. I want a LED underbody kit for it but i want to be able to turn the LED kit on or off whenever i want even if the car is running or not. How might i go about doing this? Thanks!
