LEOPARD-can I keep my itunes?

This past fall I bought an iMac. I have the aluminum kind with the black border around the screen. However, I bought it with Tiger, and I've been running it with Tiger for awhile. I am planning to buy Leopard soon. I want to know if I can install leopard and still keep my iTunes library. I have it all on an iPod, can I plug in my iPod and transfer it back in? Or is there a setting while installing leopard that lets me keep my files? My songs and videos are the only file on my computer that I want to keep. I don't care about my photo booth pictures, or any documents. So how can I keep my iTunes library? Oh, and can I just log back into iChat and have all my buddies?

  2. Sure, you will keep everything. Just make sure that you select "upgrade" instead of "reinstall" (or similiar wording)
