LEXMARK X215 MFP ERROR MESSAGE

Hi
Can anyone help
I have a LEXMARK X215 MFP

I have replaced the toner with a new one before the prev was empty
Now my machine thinks the toner is empty and will not print
On lexmark's web site it says to re-set it by going into Tech mode
Can anyone help me with this as the instructions on Lexmarks site does not do it
