LG Chocolate 3 or LG VX-9400? PLEASE HELP?

Question

A first phone. No other things( tracfone, pay-as-you-go, pre-paid, e.t.c) What do you think? I'm just using it for calling and pictures. light texting and music too.

chocolate 3 is way newer, vx9400 been out for awhile.

I'd never recomend a 9400 to anyone. I sold only 8 out of my store and had 2 returned due to the customer not liking it and 4 brought back in due to tech problems. the store owner pulled it from the shelf 6 months after it was released and won't carry it in any of his stores.

problems were the lcd went out within a yr on many phones, problem with getting stuck in searching for service and the screen sometimes wouldn't switch when it was flipped around.

Deffinately the choloate 3 way better newer technology better camera and deffinately way more room for music!
