LG Chocolate HELP!!!!!?

Question

With the LG VX8500 strawberry chocolate the resolution when taking a picture can only go up to1280x960. So when i put a picture that i took, for the wallpaper, there is ALWAYS a white thick border.

thats what happens i use to have a chocolate there isnt a way to redoo it... u can only do it if u use animation backrounds they have for you
