We are getting regular ice build up in the base of the freezer section, had the back panel out but couldnt see any problem. Believe from this forum that the cause could well be a blocked drain, I couldnt see a drain when I looked allthough I wasnt aware of what to look for then, where would the drain be located?, I dont know the model no off hand but it is approx 3 years old, has single doors.
