LG KEYBO from TELUS?

Okay, so I'm planning on getting an LG Keybo from Telus this summer. My parents will only get me a prepaid phone, so is the LG Keybo a prepaid phone? I looked at the Telus website and it said that WITHOUT a contract, the price is $299.99. So does that mean that it is prepaid? Here is the link:

I recently came across your question and yes the keybo is available for prepaid customers its known as Pay & Talk. You have to buy the phone for $199.99 as a prepaid customer.
