LG KG800 charging problem.

Question

My new LG KG800 has a big problem. I caharge it hours and hours. It never charges.Once it said it is fully charged. I took it off from charging and turn on. it turned of in one second showed low battery.Even I tried two different battery.

Is there anyway to fix it?I have LG L342i mobile phone - every time I plugged in the charger - screen flashed on with charging symbol but only last for a couple seconds and then off. I have left it to charge for two days - when unplugged the phone would not turn on.Would anyone know what the problem is? is something wrong with the battery that it could not hold charge?
