LG LHT754 no sound from speakers

Question

Hello I called LG they were of no help. The sound does come through the TV (I use HDMI) however no sound through Theater speakers regardless of if Im playing a DVD, Music CD. I went to the Test and the system looks as though it tests all speakers but I hear nothing. Help.
