LG LRA-760 DVD recorder problems?

I have a 2 year old LG LRA-760 DVD recorder and recently it won't read the DVDs we put into it. What is wrong? We have burned a lot of DVDs in the past so could it be that the laser has worn out? Help!

it all depends on few things.

1st. Re-write able disc can get worn out after many over-write.

2nd. have you try using a new disc to burn them?

3rd. Have you try to burn DVD from another player and try playing in your LG?
