The LG Rumor prepaid virgin mobile

my brothers want to get it but they want to know if it comes wit a start up prepaid credit

like when he got a pre paid phone with Telus it came with a $50 start

up credit

so dose it?

And the phone is horrible!  Read reviews from people who have one.  You hear about nothing but broken screens, software locking up, etc.  Mine just stopped charging after 4 months of use and I am still arguing with LG about fixing it.  They don't stand by their phones.  There are too many options out there to settle for this one, unless you like buying a new phone every 6 months!
