LG Scoop Ringtone Help?

Question

I have seen all the videos of how to put ringtones on scoops but mine still isnt working. I have tried texting them to myself and i have tried putting them on my phone through the sd card but when i go to the shuffle option it never shows the audios i have put on my phone

I herd the lg scoop is a know off of the rumor and that they made it cheaper so people would buy it and be like i wanted the rumor but it cost more so i went with the scoop so alltel didnt put much heart into the phone get a new celll
