LG Shine CU720 LCD replacement

Question

Hi,I've been searching all over the internet on how to exactly replace the LCD on the LG Shine.I've been able to pretty much tear apart the phone but i'm stuck at disassembling the actual slide mechanism itself. I can't get the metal plate off that surrounds the glass front cover.If you could give me the exact instructions, i'd be very grateful. I already have the replacment LCD and don't want to hassle with AT&T since i'm expecting nothing but pain from them.Thankstony
