LG Shine Pic messaging?

my pic messaging desnt work even though i have a messaging plan... everytime i try to send or recieve 1 it says service unavailable, even in 3g. WTF?!

Try turning it off, waiting five minutes, then turning it back on.  My phone does the same thing and every time I've done that, it's been fixed.

Also, you might have blocked picture messages.  They're different from regular text messages; they cost more.

If that doesn't work and the problem continues, call AT&T (or your provider) and ask about it.  It might be an internal problem with them.
