Question:

LG Strawberry Chocolate defective?

So I've had my Verizon LG Strawberry Chocolate for almost a year now, and it broke about a week ago. So I exchanged my broken one for a brand new one, same exact model and all, and after about 5 days with it, it broke down again in the same way the other one did. I have a feeling it's the actual phone model itself, and I should just get a new phone, but not a Chocolate because it's getting ridiculous how a brand new one broke down after 5 days of use. Should I just get a new phone altogether? Or trade it for another brand new strawberry chocolate again? If I should trade it for another phone, is their any suggestions of good verizon phones? I'm thinking about the envy 2, but I saw some other people at the verizon store with broken envys...

Thanks in advance.

  1. Well that depends, are you willing to pay the full price of a new phone?

heres an inside tip to phone warranties: after your phone is proven defective THREE times, than the fourth one, you can get any phone within the carrier for the same price, or cheaper than your original phone. This means that if your next chocolate breaks, then your free to get any phone you want thast the same price, or cheaper than your chocolate.

And yes, you should trade it in for another chocolate. What do you have to lose? if its defective, you can trade it in for a Venus, or an EnV (depending on if its within the price range). If not, then you still have your original phone.

You should NOT have to pay 300 dollars for another phone. Just remmeber to complete the 3 phone process thing while your warranty is still in play.
