LG Tracfone issue, help please!?

Question

After going up the elevator to the 50th floor of the Prudential Tower in Boston, my phone stopped making sound and where it should tell you the sound setting (ie: High, Vib & High, etc), it says Car Kit. No matter what I do, it won't ring, vibrate, or make phone calls. It texts but won't alert me of an incoming text or call. The only sound it will make is when I put it on the charger. HELP PLEASE!!!

Try restoring the phone back to factory setting and that should solve the problem otherwise take it back to from where you've bought it.
