LG Viewty... putting songs on?

Question

When i connect my phone to computer.. I go in sounds and I have put 10 songs in that folder. when i go on my phone there is only 4 on there... i have tried everything but don't no why it is doing this?

i have that phone and i've got 8 songs on mine and i can have a couple more.. i dunno maybe the memory..

Are they all in the same format? Some might be MP3 and others WMV and your phone might only read one kind. Maybe the other 6 have copy protection on called DRM (digital rights media). If that's the case they won't let you copy them from one PC/phone to another. You can get round that by playing the song through your PC and re-recording it using a program like Goldwave. Those are the two most likely causes.
