LG enV won't dial out, recieve calls or txts, help?

Question

I even got a replacement shipped to me a week ago! So this phone is a week old and it already has this going on. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes the above occurs. Ill even have full signal! My warranty is up, and i am not buying a new phone! I noticed it first when my mom called the house and asked why I didn't answer my cell, I never got a call,but later it showed up as a missed call in my history.

I also was wondering if I could pay verizon like $50 and have an alias or enV2 shipped to me instead as i heard that this was possible.

lol no they are not going to give you a new env 2 for $50 who ever told you that is full of it. I have had the env and now have the env 2. My best advice is call customer service and tell them your experience with this replacement phone. I have had verizon for over 6 years and always end up happy with the turn out in these situations. Act upset but not crazy , keep your self calm but stern. Im sure they will fix the problem. Make it clear you don't want to have to move your service else where. They will help you out. As far as paying a discounted price for a brand new phone ..good luck with that one buddy.

Okay you definately need to get with them because this is an ongoing problem and they are giving you faulty equipment!!! Dont pay them nothing! you cant use your service! THEY should be paying you for those days and times you could not use your service and give you a new phone. Dont let them get you! You need to get them!
