LG envy phone with cracked screen

Question

Cracked screen on a new LG envy phone. Small crack on front screen now growingto larger crack, only owned the phone for 3 weeks now. I had about 20 phones in thelast 15 years and never cracked a screen? Was in a backpack type bag, secure. ??Warranty doesn' t seen to want to help.
