Question:

LG frost free fridge freezer GR-359sq

I keep getting a layer of ice about 3" thick in the bottom of my freezer. I can hear air flowing but i can see that water is obviously coming down the back of the draw and freezing up . I thought frost free wouldn't do this? I have looked at the manual but this didn't help
