is there a restore to default or factory settings on the phone

go to the menu.

then to settings&tools

then to phone settings

then to secerity

enter your password (usually the last for digets of your number unless you already changed it)

then you can either do reset default which resets your preferences

OR

there restore phone resets EVERYTHING (contacts and user data)
