I have PCOS. We have been trying to concieve for about 13 months. This month I started my first round of clomid and we bought OPK. On day 15 I got a positive reading, tested then next day got a negative, and tested later that day I got a positive. Then, I tested this morning and got another positive. What could it mean??? Could an LH surge last this long and then when will I ovulate??? Please help

  1. You are likely to ovulate within 14-34 hours after the LH test first turns positive.

However, with women who have PCOS the OPK LH test can often be confusing, so you should add other ways such as fertility charting to your observation.

At BabyMed you can do easy charting

  2. ask your doctor

  3. just stay really busy the next couple days!
