LH surge and Ovulation??

Question

Yesterday I took an OPK test, the one test showed negative and the other (the clearblue & esay showed positive with the smiley face). We had s*x that night and the night before. Today both tests prove to be positive but my hubby is gone until tomorrow night. Is it still possible to conceive if we try again tomorrow night and from the sperm that may still be lingering around?? Im really sad if we miss our chance for this month from my hubby being gone for one night. Any help on this matter will be great. As well my CM has been the right consistency for the last couple of days. Will I ovulate tomorrow and be in perfect time for baby making? Im so confused.
