  1. Start calling the rental companies, but I can tell you that most won't do it even if you have a credit card.

  2. sorry, you have to be 25

  3. I'm not certain why this is listed under Insurance...

Talk to Enterprise.  They will (sometimes) rent cars to folk under 25, though they are likely to charge you a wee bit extra.

  4. You certainly can rent a car. Not every car rental company will allow you to rent from them but a lot of the 2nd tier companies like ez rent a car or rent a wreck will. You will almost certainly have to pay an underage fee unless: you are traveling on government or military business, your company has negotiated a young driver fee waiver or your student association has discount codes.

If you are having trouble finding something try the link below and they will book for you.

  5. Generally you have to be 25. Some places like some Budget locations will let you rent under 25 (nothing fancy though.. luxury and SUV's are not avail to you).  Be sure to have a credit card to hold the car even though you can pay cash in the end if you want.  I know flying into Denver when I was under 25 I used Advantage Rent-A-Car.  I want to say I was 22-23 at the time but either way I was under the limit myself.
