Sri Lanka’s promising young all-rounder Angelo Mathews has completed his maiden Test match century against Australia in the Final Test of the three-match series at the Sinhalese Sports Club Ground, Colombo on Monday, September 19, 2011.
Mathews has been scoring runs with consistency against the Aussie side, but was unable to reach three figures once in his impressive outings. He did not miss out this time around and ended with an unbeaten 105 runs with the help of 10 boundaries.
